See how listener’s emotional reactions are synced to mine. I pitched my doctoral thesis subject for one minute. Graph shows GSR (galvanic skin response) for both me and the listener. We also measured pupil size, facial expressions, heartbeat, eye fixation and other biometrics today.
I pitched my doctoral thesis subject for one minute: applying criminal malware command and control techniques to benign enterprise use. You can see how the listeners galvanic skin response correlates to mine – the peaks are nearly identical, only the absolute value is different. We were amused by some emotions the computer was guessing from our faces, though.
We just had an interesting biometrics training for Haaga-Helia’s new gear. We can record and graph a lot: multiple video, eye tracking, pupil size, galvanic skin response, facial expressions, heartbeat. The algorithms try to guess if you’re engaged, happy or sad, where you look at, are you experiencing intense emotions. You can also do some of this stuff over a video call.
Thanks to Kerstin Wolf for an interesting presentation and Haaga-Helia SalesLab & Heidi Kock for arranging this.
